Permission Form

All new drop off students and workshop attendees must fill out and sign this release form. Please print, sign at home and bring the first day of class or workshop. If you are unable to print at home let us know and we will provide a copy for you.

Missed Classes & Cancellations

We can issue a studio credit (good for one year), once you are registered for an event, class or workshop with Riverside Art Studio. To be issued with a studio credit, we must be provided with an email requesting a studio credit for the specific event, class or workshop that you or your child is not able to attend. This needs to be received 30 days before the start date of a class or 10 days before a workshop or event. Requests can be sent to kristasimcoe@riversideartclass.com . We do not issue refunds, only studio credits.

We are not able to refund or offer private makeup classes for missed classes.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e. illness, an instructor may need to reschedule a specific event, class or workshop.

We would greatly appreciate it if you send an email ahead of time if your child will not be attending a scheduled class.

Clothing

Dress for a creative mess! We are not responsible for damaged clothing.

Wellness

It is important to keep our students healthy at Riverside Art Studio. If your child is not feeling their best, please keep them at home to get better. If we observe a child to be not feeling well or a health risk we will contact parents/guardians to pick up.

Inclement Weather

We will adhere to the Point Pleasant Beach Public School District schedule in the event of inclement weather. Check out our website homepage for announcements. If a class has to be cancelled do to inclement weather we will schedule a make-up class.
